This Dao is a special one.  It's big and heavy and has a larger than average handle.  If you want to strengthen your grip this is the one for you.

Made for single or two person practice. The guards are made from plywood to minimize the chance of breaking when hit with another Dao. This doesn't, nor do I, guarantee these will not break.

Reused automotive wheel weights are in the handle to make a more realistic balance. One solid piece from blade to pommel.

Finished with 100% Boiled Linseed Oil and a homemade pastewax made with the same Linseed Oil and Beeswax.
