The MayFly was inspired by my stay at Point Pelee National Park in the summer of 2024.

I was selected to take part in their Artist in Residence Program in the summer of 2024.  The week I was there was May Fly season and they were covering everything.

The MayFly was on display at the park's Visitor Centre from October 2024 to February 2025.

Made from old eavestrough, burned-out LED bulbs, and reclaimed chicken wire.

⚠️ WARNING! This piece has many sharp edges and must be handled with care. Not child appropriate at all! TBH... a good percentage of adults should probably not handle this either.
